TRAFFITECH-GH goes fully live on 1 November

Know about cameras and police checks before you reach them.

Qlotela warns you ahead of speed cameras and police speed checks on your route. Every point is reported and confirmed by drivers across Ghana, so you can slow down in time and drive on with confidence.

Free. Alerts work without an account.

How it works

Start driving. Qlotela watches the road ahead.

Warnings ahead, not behind

Alerts only for points in front of you and in your direction, not the other carriageway.

Your speed and the limit

Your speed and the posted limit side by side. The speed turns red when you’re over.

Works with the screen off

Phone in the holder, screen off: you still hear every warning in time.

Report with one tap

Seen a camera or a police unit? Tap Camera or Police. No typing at the wheel.

After passing a point, Qlotela asks: Was the police unit still there? with Still there and Gone buttons.

Accurate by design

Confirmed by drivers, kept fresh by drivers.

  • Three drivers confirm a point. One report shows as unconfirmed until others back it up.
  • “Still there?” after you pass. One tap keeps the map honest for the next driver.
  • Police units move on. They disappear 90 minutes after the last sighting, and anything drivers mark as gone is removed.

Rewards

Good reports get rewarded.

When other drivers confirm a point you reported, it counts toward a reward. Only confirmed reports count, so fake ones never pay.

  1. 1Report a camera or police unit you see.
  2. 2Other drivers confirm it.
  3. 3Confirmed reports add up to a reward.

Privacy

Your number stays yours.

Anonymous on the map

Other drivers see the points you report, never who reported them.

No location history

We store reports, never your route or a trail of where you’ve been.

Sign in only to report

Alerts work without an account. Your phone number is only for signing in.
